Frisco ISD Recruitment Rally Information

Back to School Ice Skating Event and Recruitment Rally

Monday, September 5th, 12 pm to 3 pm

The Ice at Frisco’s Stonebriar Mall – 2601 Preston Rd # 1235 Frisco, TX 75034-9009

While the girls ice skate with new friends, parents will be oriented in all things Girl Scouts!

A parent or guardian will need to come to complete the registration paperwork and chaperone their own children. Current Girl Scouts are welcome to attend with non-GS friends and will earn an “I Recruited a Friend” patch if their friend registers for Girl Scouts. The group is also looking for adult volunteers.  This is NOT a drop-off activity.

$18 for new Girl Scouts and new adult GS (includes Girl Scout membership and her 1st patch!)

$6 for current Girl Scouts and any GS adult who wishes to skate

Financial assistance is available.

 

Fall Family Picnic and Recruitment Rally

Friday, September 30th, from 6 pm to 8 pm

Russell Creek Park Pavillion - 3300 Mcdermott Rd  Plano, TX 75025-4506

Families of Girl Scouts are invited to start off their weekend together, participating in games and crafts. Interested in joining Girl Scouts? Come see what the fun is all about! This is NOT a drop-off activity.

$12 for new Girl Scouts (includes Girl Scout membership and her 1st patch!)

$0 for current Girl Scouts (bring a friend and earn an “I Recruited a Friend” patch)

$0 for family members

$3 hot dog meal

Financial assistance is available.

 

Super Troop Recruitment Rally

Saturday, October 1st, from 10am to 12pm

Davis Public Library - 7501 Independence Pkwy # B Plano, TX 75025-2489

Prospective Girl Scouts and a parent are invited to attend this meeting and find other girls in their area to form a troop.  Parents will learn more about Girl Scouting, while the girls craft and play.Interested in joining Girl Scouts? Come see what the fun is all about! This is NOT a drop-off activity.

$12 for new Girl Scouts (includes Girl Scout membership and her 1st patch!)

$0 for current Girl Scouts (bring a friend and earn an “I Recruited a Friend” patch)
